Instructions for Use: 1. Position the folded Hoyer Lift Sling lengthwise under the patient with the label side facing down. 2. Ensure the center line of the sling aligns with the patient's spine and the leg straps are positioned under the legs. 3. Place the Hanger bar over the patient carefully. 4. For loop straps version, attach the straps to the hanger bar attachments hooks. 5. Check the patient's position and make necessary adjustments for comfort. 6. Raise the hanger bar until all straps are tense. 7. Perform the lift while monitoring the patient's position and comfort. 8. Slowly lower the hanger bar to release the straps. 9. Release the loop straps from the hanger bar.
