• DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY: Delivery for this product is curbside. Within 30 days from the receipt of the bed, only non-used bed can be accepted for the return request, under one-way return freight charge to be paid by the buyer. Return bed need to be re-packed by the original packing materials. Any used bed cannot be accepted for the return request.
• PALM FOAM MEMORY MATTRESS: The mattress is topped with memory foam to provide patients with a more comfortable top layer. On the bottom layer, we use palm panels to support the back more effectively and increase the durability rating of the mattress.
